Because every turf system, level of contamination, and pet situation is different, results vary; we do not guarantee complete removal of all staining, wear, or odor in every case, though our process targets the source rather than masking it.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to disclose any underlying damage, irrigation, drainage, or installation issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for issues caused by faulty turf installation, base, or drainage outside the scope of our cleaning service.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service, by the methods we accept. Failure to pay may result in remedies available under applicable law.
Any warranty or satisfaction terms, if offered, will be communicated to you directly and are limited to the specific terms stated at that time. Except as expressly stated, our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
